larger groups and families often book both hamilton and dune house for exclusive use. being a 5 minute walk apart, taking both gives guests the option to “change the scene”, dining at one house one night and the other the next, keeping things interesting. a $1,000 surcharge applies when both houses are booked together due to additional servicing requirements upon departure.
